A strong pelvic floor is essential for a dynamic and active life. Letting this area get weak causes many problems, such as incontinence. This issue presents itself many ways such as having to wee all the time, having leaks when you laugh or sneeze or relying on pads. In fact, incontinence is the NUMBER 1 reason that women end up in nursing homes! Don’t let this happen to you!

Additionally a strong pelvic floor is essential for a healthy sex life. It also tightens your tummy and your core and improves your posture.

In this short and informative workshop you will learn everything you need to know about your pelvic floor. We will de-complicate Kegel Exercises  and empower you with knowledge about this important part of your beautiful feminine body.  Dr. Nielsen will teach you the fundamentals and equip you with the tools to effortlessly strengthen your pelvic floor so that you can enjoy:
